The coltsfoot is found in hard soil and grows just as well in wet weather as in drier conditions. The plant has a little yellow flower that looks similar to a dandelion

For Your Pet: Coltsfoot may be fed to your rabbit or other small pet as a treat and to encourage foraging behavior while eating hay.

Warning: Coltsfoot is okay to feed your pet as a treat, but limit the amount you give them.
