• Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse the next business day.
• We don't ship out anything on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

• We offer free standard shipping nationwide in the Continental U.S. on orders of $80 or more.

• Orders under $80 qualify for tiered shipping rates based on subtotal (e.g., lower fees for smaller carts, with full details at checkout).

• Your product will arrive within 2 to 7 Business Days once shipped.
• We preserve freshness by bagging all of our hay inside the box, keeping it from drying out or absorbing unwanted orders.
• We do not include packaging weight in our product weight. For example, if you order a 10 pound box of hay, there's actually a full 10 pounds of hay inside! 

Return Policy

While we generally don't accept physical returns due to the high cost of shipping. If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know within 30 days! We have 2 different options for you to choose from:

1. Free Replacement - we will quickly ship you a replacement order at no cost.
2. 100% Satisfaction Money-Back Guarantee - if our product isn't right for you and your small pet, we will give you a full refund.
