Shipping Information
Most U.S. orders ship from our Chico warehouse the next business day.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We offer free standard shipping in the continental U.S. on orders of $65 or more.
Orders under $65 use tiered shipping rates based on subtotal. You will see the exact amount at checkout.
After the order ships, West Coast deliveries typically take 2–4 business days. East Coast deliveries typically take 6–8 business days.

We bag hay inside the box so it does not dry out or pick up extra odors on the truck.
We do not include packaging weight in the product weight. If you order a 10 pound box of hay, there is a full 10 pounds of hay inside.
Return Policy
We generally do not accept physical returns because shipping hay back costs more than the product. If you are unhappy, tell us within 30 days. You can choose:
