Geraniums are herbaceous perennial plants that are mostly found as indoor and outdoor plants. Most geraniums have rippled or wavy round or lobed leaves and flowers are found in clusters and in colors varying from white to pink, purple, and red.

Is Geranium item toxic?

Yes. Pelargonium geraniums are toxic to rabbits, guinea pigs, and chinchillas and can cause diarrhea, pain, lethargy, and severe illness.

Should I feed my pet Geranium?

No. Do not feed geranium leaves or flowers to rabbits, guinea pigs, or chinchillas.

How much can I feed them?

Do not offer as food. If your pet ate geranium, contact your veterinarian or a pet poison hotline immediately.
