Also known as cart-wheel flower, hogsbane, and giant cow parsnip, Giant Hogweed is a herbaceous perennial flowering plant used as an ornamental plant that has very large parsley-shaped leaves, a thick green and red-spotted stem, and clusters of small white flowers that tower over the rest of the plant.
