Dogbane, Indian Hemp, and others of the Apocynum cannabinum family can grow up to 6 1/2 ft. tall with reddish stem that contain a white latex sap and clusters of small white flowers. The leaves are long and green, smooth around the edges, and have tiny white hairs underneath.
