Yes when raw or undercooked because of cyanogenic compounds, and beans are a poor match for rabbit, guinea pig, and chinchilla digestion even when cooked. Expect severe bloating, pain, and gut stasis risk.

No. Do not feed lima beans or other legume seeds to rabbits, guinea pigs, or chinchillas.
