Mustard greens are a vegetable that come in a variety of shapes and colors, most commonly seen with long, skinny stems and yellow flowers. There's also mustard plants that produce large, deep purple leaves, cut leaves, curled leaves, and leaves that resemble spinach leaves. All of the vegetables are cultivated differently around the world.

For Your Pet: Mustard greens are a good treat for rabbits and other small pets however your pet may experience an upset stomach if eaten too much. Eating mustard greens should never replace hay in your pets diet. Only as a rare treat under supervision.

Warning: Mustard greens are an okay treat but should never replace anything in your pets diet.
