My bun Cloud loves this hay. Its way fresher than I've ever bought from oxbow or kaytee brand. She hardly ate hay and when she did she picked at some pieces of timothy. We got a 2oz bag to try and she gobbled it up so fast so now we're sold!

My one senior bunny is a very picky eater and I have found great success with the mountain grass hay. However, this last bag I ordered the hay is not like the previous bags. Hay is very thin and dry and she is not enjoying as much. Hope it is just a fluke.

We understand how important it is for your furry friend to have high-quality hay. Mountain grass varies in its composition. The 2025 harvest has a good mixture of Brome, Orchard, and Timothy but that of coarse always varies by bale and this may be the reason for the difference you noticed in the hay's texture and your bunny's preference.

My bunnies did not like this box of mountain grass. They are not eating it. The previous box I ordered and received they loved and ate the mountain grass. Is this a different batch of mountain grass from previous order?

My rabbit devours the mountain grass!! He is extremely picky and was never a big hay eater - now I have to top off his hay throughout the day!! The mountain grass smells amazing and is fresh and clean. Light years ahead of Oxbow!!

My Guinea Pig loves it. I offer him regular Timothy Hay, soft kind I got here as well. The Mountain Grass is a different texture and he seems to love it as he goes back and forth between the two varieties.

My bunny loved this grass and I bought the five-pound box after this. The hay was very green and fresh with very few brown pieces. I think this will be his new hay from now on.

My rabbits were exited to see I got them this hay again, they were starting to be picky with other hays but when I opened this bag, they immediately ran over to have some, it feels so soft and fresh and will be getting more for sure!

Sorry but the grass/hay is way too powdery. I expected much better. I also don't like how you tape and plastic wrap boxes together - I need the skills of a surgeon to cut through your beloved plastic tape and free the boxes.

It took a very long time for my order to arrive. There was no tracking info for 6 days. It was supposed to be Fed Ex shipping. It was more like Turtle Express shipping! I sent an email requesting a refund. I was very disappointed and desperately in need of hay. So I placed an order with another company. Extremely disappointing!!
Our very picky tiny angora lionhead refused all hays, until this one! It helped her overcome dysbiosis.

The hay was very clean however my bunnies didn’t like it. They prefer the Soft Timothy.
