Order Online + Pickup at Our Warehouse

Nope! Place your order as you normally would, then on the checkout page make sure you enter the COMESEEUS code. You are required to enter your shipping information, but we will not ship it to you. 

New to our site? Find all the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you have all your items you can then click on your "Cart" in the top right corner of the page. Double check you have everything. All good? Click on "Checkout" to proceed.

On the checkout page you'll see a place on the right-hand side where you can enter a discount code. Enter the code: COMESEEUS

Your order will be ready for pick up the next business day. This allows us time to process your order and have it ready and waiting for pickup.

Examples:

• If you ordered on Monday, your order will be available for pickup on Tuesday.
• If you ordered on Friday, your order will be available for pickup on the following Monday.

While Rabbit Hole Hay doesn't actually have an official storefront, you can come by our warehouse any weekday (Monday-Friday) from 8:00am to 4:00pm to pick up your order!

Our warehouse is located on 199 E. 13th Street. You'll want go to the large warehouse door located on Locust Street (the cross-street).

Let the first person you see know that you are there to pick up your order. Either give them your order number or the last name on the order.
